Before you ask…
What's included in the day rate?
Everything listed in the package — preparation, the full event day on stage and coordination with your team. There are no hidden fees for standard Nairobi events.
Do you travel outside Nairobi?
Yes — I work across Kenya and East Africa. For events outside Nairobi, the client covers transport and accommodation on top of the package rate.
How do we confirm a date?
A deposit confirms your date, payable via M-Pesa or bank transfer, with the balance due around the event. Full details come with your quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Popular dates go early — conference season especially. Two to eight weeks ahead is typical; if your event is sooner, ask anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether I can prepare properly in the time available.
Can you handle virtual or hybrid events?
Yes. I moderate virtual and hybrid sessions with the same time discipline and audience engagement — energizers included, adapted for the camera.
Can you handle multi-day summits?
Multi-day, multi-stakeholder summits are my home ground — WEConnect in Africa and AccelerateHER 2.0 both ran across multiple days with sustained energy. Multi-day rates are quoted per event.
